Esmond Harmsworth is founding partner of the Zachary Shuster Harmsworth Literary Agency. Harmsworth represents fiction and nonfiction and is in charge of the agency's foreign rights department. Esmond’s commitment to LGBT civil rights is reflected in his support of GLAD, HRC, Victory Fund and others. Though an official resident of Rhode Island, he and his partner, Jim Richardson, live in the Back Bay.
